A new development providing office and retail space in the Richmond-upon-Thames Conservation Area. The development consists of two separate buildings, one facing a shopping street and the other an interior urban block accessed from the open street by narrow pedestrian passages. Both structures unite in the interior courtyard and create a small urban square characteristic of the area. Within the courtyard building is a first floor glazed conference room with an ornate copper dome, providing interaction between the life of the square and the users of the offices.
