We seek experienced, talented and motivated registered architects and chartered technologists and technicians to work in our Winchester and London offices, who bring with them solid experience of both the design process and contract administration, and specifically, in the delivery of residential schemes and speculative housing.
Successful candidates shall be responsible for projects at various work stages and therefore must have experience of managing RIBA stages C-L, a thorough knowledge of construction details and the ability to produce presentation drawings. Candidates must be capable of operating alone and unsupervised as well as within complex, multi-agency teams, and ideally will have experience of operating ArchiCAD, though this is not essential. Urban Designers - Winchester

The work is highly practical and inspired by traditional urbanism without any necessary stylistic architectural bias, and we seek people who have demonstrable experience of vernacular-inspired masterplanning. We are seeking to improve the capability drawing office by employing a person of graduate level with deep interest in and experience of classical architecture. The successful candidate will have a proven knowledge of the classical orders and have the ability to apply them in the design of new buildings and the refurbishment of historic structures. Our designs, whilst based on tradition, necessitate applying classical principles to modern structures. Working to a director you will interpret requirements and present work in both hand drawn and CAD format. In addition to drawing skills you will be required to draft design statements, describing and justifying the stylistic rationale for a particular scheme.
This post would suit an individual who whilst qualified is seeking to develop and broaden their understanding of the architectural profession. Salary £20,000+

Book-Keeper/Payroll administrator - Maternity cover - Winchester
We are looking for a full-time Book-keeper and Payroll Administrator to work in our busy, friendly office, dealing with around 80 staff.
The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications or experience in this field, good communication skills, able to work under their own initiative and possess excellent organisational skills. A sound knowledge of and ability to use Sage 50 Accounts & Payroll, Excel and Microsoft Office are essential.
We offer a competitive salary, 29 days holiday including bank holidays and car parking. Hours: Full-time 37.5 hours per week.
